One of my favorite subjects is the connection between our mental well-being and overall lifestyle. The connection between depression/anxiety, nourishment and gut health is a powerful one because it means that we are not trapped in a state of mind, but can alter it through our day to day choices.
Our mental health impacts every area of our lives-- from the friendships we make, relationships, our overall self-image, business decisions, sleep... you name it. When we are feeling good, we tend to make better decisions.
